Local Pickup
Please select "local pickup" in the shipping box at checkout. We will email you with an estimated day that your hatching eggs or live chicks will be available for pickup and we will notify you again one they are indeed ready.
Shipping Policy
Live chicks and hatching eggs are currently only available for local pick up.
For LOCAL PICK UP you must choose "Local Pickup" for the shipping option at checkout.
Return Policy
No returns will be made on live chicks or hatching eggs.
Refund Policy
JuniperBerry LLC reserves the right to use discretion in issuing refunds. JuniperBerry LLC's official policy is that we do not issue refunds for orders unless we are contacted by customer within one week of delivery of their order for salves, and other herbal remedies. JuniperBerry LLC does not offer refunds for hatching eggs or live chicks.
